Accounts and authority

Provide accurate information and use only accounts, player profiles and organizations you are authorized to manage. Protect your credentials and OTPs. Parents, guardians and organizations are responsible for obtaining the authority needed to submit a young player's information.

Sports and community conduct

Do not post unlawful, abusive, hateful, threatening, sexually exploitative or misleading content, expose private personal information, impersonate others or misuse payments and bookings. You must have the rights to material you submit. Report unsafe content through the Community reporting controls or support. We may remove content and restrict abusive accounts.

Hosts and organizations remain responsible for eligibility, venue permissions, participant safety, tournament rules and accurate operational records. Fixtures, scores and schedules can change; confirm arrangements with the organizer. Team Konnect does not guarantee a venue, opponent or event outcome.

Purchases and paid services

App download prices are displayed by the relevant store before purchase. Any separately offered organization plan or tournament-management charge must show its price, billing period and included services before payment. A paid download does not imply that every management service is included.

Store subscriptions, where offered, renew according to the store's terms unless cancelled. Manage or cancel them through your Apple or Google account. Supported purchases can be restored from the subscription screen. Account deletion does not cancel an existing store subscription. Refund requests for store purchases follow the store's process; contact support for other billing disputes.

Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy describes how information is processed. You can initiate account deletion online. We may retain records required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes while removing or anonymizing other associated personal information.
