Information used by the service

Depending on the features you use, we process account and contact details; player names, dates of birth, gender, photographs and eligibility documents; organization, coaching and officiating information; rosters, tournament participation, fixtures and scores; venue bookings; community games, messages and location details you provide; and payment, subscription and transaction references. We also process authentication, device/browser and diagnostic information needed to operate and secure the service.

Why we use information

We use this information to verify access and eligibility, manage profiles and rosters, organize tournaments and bookings, display results, deliver requested communications, process payments and support requests, prevent abuse and maintain service reliability. Local device storage remembers preferences and sessions. Optional notification permissions are requested when a supported feature needs them.

Visibility and sharing

Public fixtures, results and team information may be visible to other visitors. Information submitted to an organization or tournament is accessible to its authorized administrators. Community game details are visible according to the game's visibility and participation settings. Do not include sensitive personal information in public titles, notes or messages.

Service providers used by the portal include Google services for operational records, files and email, Firebase for live scoring transport, Vercel for hosting and analytics, RevenueCat and Apple/Google for supported store billing, and the configured payment gateway for eligible real-world payments. These providers receive information needed for their respective functions. Provider processing and storage may occur outside your country. We do not receive your full store payment-card details.

Retention, access and deletion

We retain information needed to provide your account and the services you use. When an account is deleted, associated personal information must be removed or anonymized, except records retained for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention or dispute-resolution purposes. Historical competition records may need anonymization rather than deletion of an entire shared fixture. Deletion requests are processed and confirmed separately from submission; submitting a request is not itself deletion.

You can correct supported profile fields in your account or contact us for access, correction and deletion assistance. Request account and associated personal-data deletion. Store subscriptions must be managed separately through Apple or Google; deleting an account does not cancel store billing.

Young players

Parents, guardians and authorized organizations should supervise registration and the handling of young players' information. Contact us if a child's information was submitted without appropriate authority or if you need to exercise rights on their behalf.

Security and changes

We use access controls and authenticated workflows to protect information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security. Do not share OTPs or passwords. Changes to this policy will be published here with an updated date. Contact us to raise a privacy concern.
